While the concept is great, there are a few issues: Certain places almost never work, like Sandton City. Limitations, like only 3 cars. I don't see the point of that at all. I can't even add all the cars I need to. Billing. Can add one card. If anything goes wrong, stops working. To top up on prepaid, can only do via EFT, why?? Too many emails and notifications. The app is NOT an app. It has ZERO features over the website & is just an identical copy of the site. Pointless. Not even a Settings...

When the booms did not work at the shopping centre the one Sunday and I could not scan out, Sam solved it before I could go back there the same Sunday...

Thank you so much for this fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re enjoying the convenience of driving up to the boom and having it open automatically that’s exactly the seamless experience we aim to deliver. We’re especially glad our support team (and Sam!) could assist you quickly when the booms were giving trouble on Sunday.

I hate this app so much. I needed to park for an extremely important meeting, and the parking lot had no way to get in except Admyt. The onboarding experience takes like 15 minutes, while I'm sitting in the car with other cars backed up behind me. When I say 15 minutes I genuinely mean 15 whole minutes. Their payment processing doesn't work reliably. You have to load like 20 fields before you can get in. It is the worst. I hate it. I cannot express the amount of hatred I have for admyt.
