submitted the trial drill 3 weeks ago but still it's not analysed if it not analysed how can we do the reattempt 3 weeks is a huge period for analysed if it's delay like this kids can't complete all drills before the time line worst customer service not fixing the problems in a month also

Why are the trial recordings I have submitted being failed even though I have followed the guidance in the instructions? So far the app has been a big disappointment to my son who thought it would be an efficient platform to help him with his football goals. When there is a problem (as in with the recordings) there doesn't seem to be anyone available to respond to emails...
