I don't know why on Earth they changed the app. It worked perfectly great before and was actually better. I have not been able to get it to work ever since they " updated" it. I can no longer order online. I have tried multiple times in two different states and several towns. So now I can never order from there because I don't have the time to go in and order and wait for it. When you call they tell you you have to order on the app but the app doesn't work. so dumb and frustrating.

I agree with others who say the update is terrible. It doesn't recognize my email or phone number and says I need to set up a new account (which is annoying but also means I lost any rewards/points I had previously). I tried to set up a new account but it keeps defaulting my "favorite store" choices to almost 50 miles away and won't let me update my location (the random zip code they assigned me is grayed out/not changeable). Older version worked fine.

This new updated app is garbage. Every time I try to order it declines my card, the same card I've been using for the past year. I change the payment method and it doesn't save, when I go to order it shows no saved payment methods. then when it asks to add a new payment method it never goes past the screen to enter the information. i had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work. this update is terrible. next time it declines I'm just going to Jamba juice.
