I once gave this app 5 stars, that was when the app is very good and okay ..............But recently, I was told to update the app and since then, the app has been malfunctioning, I can't transfer from the app, I can't buy airtime, I practically cannot do anything on the app. Whenever I transfer, the app will tell me that "the transaction could not be completed at the moment", the money will not leave my account, and a debit receipt of the transaction will be printed on the app.

It just need little improvement in the user interface, you need to work on it, so people don't spend more time trying to do on.
