About this app

With the Alfam Identification app you identify yourself safely and easily. All you need is your smartphone and a valid ID.

How does it work?
With this app you can take a selfie in a few simple steps and scan your ID. This allows us to confirm your identity.

1. The app asks you to take a photo of your ID.
2. At the request of the Alfam Identification app, your NFC chip is read from your proof of identity.
3. Finally, you are asked to take a selfie.

When do you use the Alfam Identification app?
You only need this app if we have asked you to identify yourself. In those cases, we have sent you a letter or a request has been made through your intermediary, with which you can proceed to identification.

The Alfam Identification app can be used for new and existing customers at Defam, Credivance, GreenLoans and Alpha Credit Netherlands. We handle your data with care. No data will be left on your phone while using this app. After use you can delete the Alfam Identification app.
