The app seems good but I can't properly use it as the whole account tabs are cropped from the top. The app is clearly not optimized for Android and is even worse on Google Pixel 7 Pro. Unfortunately I cannot properly make my transactions with the UI cropped from the top which means I can't select my account information or Danat or anything in that region. I sent feedback twice about the issue and it's been 2 months and the bank has done nothing to solve the problem.

The app in general is great and has useful things. However, it is not optimized for Android and is unusable for Google Pixel users. The top ribbon where you select your accounts, withdraw money, add funds, etc are all covered and cannot be accessed due to something blocking it. I cannot use the app until it gets properly scaled and optimized for Google Pixel.

App is useless. Does not allow transfers. You get stuck in a loop of entering CIF, password, OTPs, keys, etc. Very, very poor especially considering the apps available from other banks. Update 4 March: now the app doesn't allow transfers or updating of personal info. Very poor from Al Salam and it's now getting to the point where I'm seriously considering closing my account with Al Salam
