Recently ordered bedsheets from this app. One of the sheets was fine. The other looked extremely faded, dull and old compared to the attractive, brightly coloured photos displayed. Customer care refused engage meaningfully. No return or exchange was offered because of disclaimer on website that product may be different from photos. Uninstalling the app as we can't trust the pictures especially without customer reviews or redressal mechanisms. More disappointing when products are so expensive.

If you have purchased any items from this app, no support is there if you have received wrong product or wrong size items, if you try to reach customer care there will be just automated voice, you have reached during non working hours and WhatsApp chat is also same no one will respond. Just waste of money. Don't purchase any products from this site.

Earth seeds are just a gimmick. When you get to redeem it, it shows coupon is not applicable or it logs you out. Secondly, when I am using the app, it shows me a pop up option and asks whether I want to download the app or stay on the web. I mean this is so dumb, I am already on the app. Products are decent, delivery on time, payment gateway is fine, app is bad, earth seeds is a gimmick.
