can't cancel your plan in the app. i was told by the attendant it was easy to cancel the car wash subscription in the app. why allow us to join or add a subscription in the app but not allow us to cancel in the app. that is super sketchy and I'll find a different car wash for next summer season.

I was told at the car wash location and I see in the description here it says if you are an unlimited member you can access and manage your account on this app; however, I am unable to add my current membership. It is asking me to select a plan for purchase. Please fix this issue. There should be a way to add your account via the express barcode label given upon purchase at the car wash.

this app does nothing, I signed up for the unlimited washes and the new wash facility in Buffalo Grove IL never reads my license plate. the attendant always needs to enter the plate number. I thought rewards would be added on to the account each wash but that is not happening. I left Waterways car wash for price but that seems to be a mistake. very disappointing.
