Fond is available only to employees working at companies that have purchased a Fond subscription. To use Fond, make sure you have registered through your company's rewards and recognition program. I received a request to join Fond. I installed the app, unable to access the app. I tried to log in, an error message "incorrect email or password. So I clicked setup, an error message "your company already setup". Click forgot password, I click the info from my email. It takes me back to Fond home page, with "setup" and log in". No temporary password giving. Deleting, unable to access.

Glitchy, never loads, sometimes I have to restart my phone, in order to buy a card. Like I will push "buy now" and it says I bought it but then I don't get the email notification, redo the whole process, slowly because this app runs on dial up speed, push "buy now" again repeat this 5 more times before I decide to restart my phone and see how that goes because it worked last time 🤷‍♀️ the notifications? Foret about it. I am rarely able to see what it is I'm being thanked for.

This is a scam app. Lousy app, cannot log in after setting up and logging in successfully. Reset to change password does not work. It says email is wrong - but I receive the reset email. If you can log in, all you get is the spin, app does not work. Would rate 100% negative if possible.
