The MY APAVITAL application is intended for customers of APAVITAL S.A. who have a contract for the provision of water and/or sewage services concluded with APAVITAL S.A.
The following facilities are available in the mobile application:
- record of several associated contracts and related places of consumption
- records of invoices and water consumption (index history)
- transmitting the self-reading of the meter index
- secure payment of issued invoices
- record (history) of payments
- setting receipt of the invoice in electronic/paper format by the customers
- setting received email notifications
- reporting reported incidents
Required permissions:
- to the INTERNET, for the transfer of data from the APAVITAL servers; without Internet access the application cannot work
- at the STORAGE space, to download and view payment invoices.
- to the MEDIA files, to upload pictures for requests/reports.
