App worked great from the beginning. As soon as the free trial subscription ended, then it would not work correctly. It still shows a location from 8 months ago. The only time it will actually show where my vehicle is is when I press the "locate vehicle" button, then if I leave the app and come back, it shows that locked in location from 8 months ago. I will not renew a subscription until they upgrade their app.

The day before I renewed my subscription, my car stopped reporting the location. That was 4 months ago. so basically, I paid to have the app say my car is 20 minutes away at a shopping center and hasn't moved in all of that time. I called for help and was told I would be called back in a few days, which that was months ago, and no call back yet. If they can get it together, I would gladly pay to keep the subscription, but this is just a waste of time and money.

This app really does not work very well. I have it set up to notify me when my car moves and I'll get a notification at midnight saying my car is moving only to find out that it was just notifying me of the movement from 4 plus hours ago.
