Terrible app. It doesn't comply with Privacy Policy and standards. I don't get why to sign up you require a CC (only valid in EC). Using a CC just to keep the uniqueness of a user ID is a deprecated programming (old school) practice and it's against worldwide accepted privacy practices. If you are going to publish an app make sure it brings a value added to your users and not just publish it for the sake of bringing an app to the store...
