refuses to open on my phone. uninstalled/reinstalled a few times to try to fix. this is post-Google removal & whatever fix was done to correct problem with app. Well it is still not corrected. My security app removed it twice since, saying harmful app. Being suggested to disable my security app to allow it to work. Red flag & nope. No way to do online banking. emailed Shore United, still no response. yes it is updated. really not trying to have to go to a new bank. Extremely annoying. plz fix!

keeps logging me out, even logged a teller out when she was trying to help.reset my password, which I had just done. Due to all this and not being able to log in, an autopay went thru 2x , and the refused to deduct fee and interest charged . This kind of stuff has been going on for a while. I was a very dedicated and long time Severn Savings Bank customer . Not the best rates around, but customer service and loyalty to their customers made the difference. So fed up with Shore United.!!!

Overall this is a good bank app but the last week there's been issues. Google Play keeps deleting this app because it says it's harmful and fake and will give my info out but I login with biometrics. It's really getting to be frustrating and I don't want to have to go online to check my balance. The app is fast and convenient
