Horrible tech support - needs to be opened 30 to 40 times to work once. They have made the app to just struggle with it. The app doesnt not load at all for most of the day. The server cannot take the loads at all. I do not know if they cant figure out CDN or something but I have to close and start the app 30 to 40 times for it to work once.

Update- Reducing to 1 star as app is literally pain in ..... Worst app I ever used. App does not work smoothly. Lot of times I get errors and it takes time to load (not a phone/Internet issue). Even right now I am getting error - "Something went wrong. Please restart the application." I reinstalled the app and still same error. There is no option to rearrange your photos. Plus sometimes I see same profile twice in a row or old profile at top in new matches list.

Instead of making any other updates like introducing ML, please try resolving the loading of the user profile issue when you open the app. The app connects to profile once in 100 attempts and it has nothing to do with internet connection. 06/10/2023: The latest update with Machine learning addition has made it even more worse. It was little better earlier. I sent email with a video clip of the issue. No response from the support team.
