When it comes to appliance repair this is the most cost effective solution. Knowledgeable techs that waste no time helping you. I was actually impressed with how little time was wasted considering I'm being charged by the minute. My only feedback is the app has no flashlight option and I had no multimeter so I could not continue.

Seems nice at first but they blocked me because I charged a material fee. Also I get a lot of requests for jobs outside my working area, but can't charge a transportation fee. Final straw was a double booking on their end. I get to the job site and can't 'start the service'. Had to wait to be told by customer service that the job was already completed. But no one told me and the app didn't update me. This app is not worth the time and money.

Nothing but complaints here. App is constantly running and draining my battery. No way to cancel a request. Once it's posted, customer service won't even remove it unless you work with them. Received a quote for a job, which I refused as overpriced, and I was still charged, yet no work had been done. Customer service was very pushy when I said I was going to use the service recommended by the manufacturer.
