It works well for letting guests in. Fairly easy to figure out but you have to put in the beginning and end date on the same screen, as a range. An explanation would be nice but it is not hard to figure out

Program suddenly stopped sending the sound alert and popup notifications and there is nothing in the notification settings which I can change to correct this. I have reached out to Verizon and my HOA and no one has been able to figure out why the alerts have stopped all of a sudden. There must be some error in the program. We need the alerts. We have Galaxy S9 Android cell phones. Please help me!

I cannot add guests. When i select Guest List, it appears ok then immediately the top guest red delete bar comes across from the right to monetarily show the trashcan, then disappears. When i select Add Guest, the screen clears and i get a green reload bar on bottom. Rebooted phone (Samsung Note 8) and same effect. Must use website to add guests.
