The Guest Arrival "Text Notifications" are no longer working, as of 9/12/2022. The push and email notifications are working. The gate access app and website notification and contact info settings are correct. My device SMS/MMS notification settings are enabled. My mobile provider is Verizon. Apparently ABDI utilizes mobile providers SMS "gateway" for email to text, which is not intended for large volume use. ABDI needs to upgrade their protocol for guest arriv text notifications. See email 10/8

they ask for access to everything on your device storage. files,images,photos, the keys to your kingdom. No explanation and no point when all it does is update a server based database with who you have invited to your residence. A single rogue employee would have access to all of YOUR personal info on the phone. I called and got nothing but an uncaring run around from a policy restricted receptionist DO NOT INSTALL if u care about your privacy unless the company provides a trustworthy response

good app, sometimes for whatever reason it doesn't work which is a hassle to get people through the gate also the access pass never gets sent when I've selected that option. Overall quite easy to use though.
