Great app made my money transfer so convenient during this MCO.. even though it takes long to verify my acct beacause the documents i have uploaded is not clear. Since i can't reupload my documents/photos.. they contacted me personally thru vid call and then settle the verification through whatsapp and it goes well. Thanks! 2025 and this app still doing awesome!

I just reinstalled this app and Im switching to other financial service provider. Rates are not that competitive and it takes forever to receive the money. Other companies are more convenient and easy to deal with, sends your money in just a few minutes. I used to recommend this app to my friends but not anymore. You just lost customers. Bye. Late transfer and non-friendly website The transfer should be within 1 hour but there was a few times that took a few hours to transfer money overseas. If you can improve your website, please make the history more easier accessible for user. Its hard to track back old transactions without going through the whole process for each of them. It's time consuming and annoying. Imagine I need to put dates and click the transaction and when I return back, I need to input dates again to download again.
