About this app

This is the 3rd Intellectual Output (IO) of the Erasmus Plus project Sustainability, Heritage, Health (project number: 2020-1-UK01-KA204-078914). This IO shares its goals with the overall aims of this project: to promote cultural heritage and human and environmental health. To do that, partners have defined 3 unique walking routes in the 4 participating countries: an urban, a rural, and a coastal one. One walk is 1 day, another 2 days, and another 3 days. The guided routes include information about sustainability and tips for people to reduce their impact on the environment. This IO includes people with fewer opportunities, for example, people with health problems or disabilities, and also people who face geographical obstacles in rural areas in the UK, Lithuania, Spain, and Greece. Through the walks, people can learn about the benefits of physical exercise and mindfulness.
