Absolutely hate the fact that I'm forced to use their debit card, Branch, and they still take a fee, like cash app, to make funds available from Tippy to Branch debit card. Or if u want it to go to ur bank it's free with a 3-5 biz day wait, like a regular wire transfer. I have enough cards I just wanted u to be like cash app & get my money to my bank same day. do not recommend simply bc not convenient having a card just for tips. so many others that are easier to get $ without all the extra.

I am so beyond frustrated with this app. I first of all had trouble linking my bank account with it, as it wouldn't send me to the page to input the micro deposits they'd send to my account. I had to call someone from customer service to help me manually set it up. And now that I have it linked, supposedly they've sent me my tips but I have not seen a trace of them! They have me going back and forth with my bank! If this app wasn't mandatory for work, I would delete this in a heartbeat.

The update this year turned a decent, helpful app into a useless pos I can't stand using. Does anyone like the latest update? Can we switch it back? The organization is weird and unhelpful, it's way too busy instead of being quick to look at, it doesn't show you the pay period amount anymore- it was so nice when that was the first thing you'd see and be able to toggle the dates and look at either that day or a certain time period etc. The app is absolute trash now. I rarely write reviews...
