Great booking system and the best mobile app I've seen. I've been with Tokeet for three years.... And yes, it's been an uphill battle but one that they keep eventually reaching. They do try to address all issues. I have tried and planned to use a different booking system and channel manger and each time I do there is something that Tokeet has that the others don't and without it my day would be harder.

Good app but the support team are becoming disastrous. There is one operative that speaks like a 5 year old and gives false advise. Every time we've had him his caused us problems and broken our connectivity. The other support staff tell us that we should "bare with him". For the amount of money we pay we shouldn't have to bare with anything. Other times support requests are simply ignored for hours or days. It's a mess and the devs need to fix it as people are leaving because of it.
