I canceled my order after it was delayed for 20 minutes beyond the estimated delivery time of 10:00-11:30. I tried reaching out via phone and WhatsApp, but no one answered. After several hours, they still showed up to deliver the canceled order. There was no communication from them about this, yet they insisted on completing the delivery.

All items are specifically mentioned and same with the quantity, but what i recieved has a huge difference from what I ordered when it comes to quantity, and the delivery time is after 3 hours and 30 minutes, but they have time stamp in the app but not happening, and whatsap is not responsive as well! The item I ordered is for dinner, not for breakfast.

Dissapointed. After taking time looking for the item, its not available. Taking a lot of time deliver the item that result to cancellation. You should improve at least the delivery service as quick as you can. Not always customer will follow up the order. Too many bad reviews but still not working out for that to give action. Customers giving chance but still youre doing the same, nothing change. 00 rate for this just telling the truth. And you cannot post if you will not give rate.
