Ratings and reviews

This exchange is pretty much suspicious. When you place a deposit it's instant but withdrawing the crypto it stucks on pending. So I wonder what's happening. Additionally, they have poor customer support. Their chat support feature on the platform is not working, it's just on "maintenance mode", plus you try to email them but no response.

I think it’s a complete scam app. After creating an account, I received $25, which felt amazing 😂. Okay, fine. Then they told us if we invite friends, we get $2 per invite, which sounded good. So, I ended up inviting 132 friends and accumulated over 255 USDT. But when I tried to open the app again, it said, 'Can't Reach the Server.' Even after clearing the app data, the problem remained the same. So, what’s going on, bro? It’s fully frustrating.

If there's an option for zero star, I would have given it to this app. Ultrapro exchange has proven themselves to be scam. If they can deceive users into downloading their app for 25$, then they're capable of scamming you of all your money when you eventually deposit into their exchange. BEWARE. Again, the app isn't even functioning well. OTP isn't coming and the app is always on maintenance that yields no fruit.
