Nothing like a local utility that you have no option but to use without basic features like Automatic Bill pay, or saving your credit card information. Its almost like they want you to forget to pay your bills in order to collect late fees...

Everytime lately when i open the app to pay my bill it keeps saying that "we cannot connect you to the internet" when i am.on my cell phone. I end up having to use the website.

Updated now I can't access my account. I don't recall the username I set up and there's no option for "forgot username". Tried my account number and says a email was sent but hours later Still nothing. Terrible design
