This application was built on the basis of the need for the existence of an Information Management and Documentation Officer (PPID) through Law Number 4 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure, Government Regulation Number 61 of 2010 and Decree of the Minister of Religion (KMA) Number 533 of 2018.

This application is used as a means of PPID which is responsible for providing, storing, documenting, serving, and securing public information.

The features of this application include:
- Provision of public information consisting of Periodic Mandatory Information, Mandatory Information available at any time, Mandatory Information announced immediately
- Submission of information services
- Profile of Information Management and Documentation Officer (PPID)
- News of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung and PPID
