the app is ok, if a little basic. the automated duration detection and payment would be ideal across ALL car parks. Appreciate there is coucil bureaucracy and vested intesrsts to get through but the most annoying thing is to pay for parking using this app, be a few minutes late and surprise surprise a parking fine hits me between the eyes....

Great idea, but the implementation is clunky. I have got starting a session down, that works - but when I open the app I can't open my active sessions. Actually, worse than that it sometimes opens but most the time it just does nothing, no errors, no feedback and no active session to view or end early.

Used to be quite good but a bit useless now without the sensors. I parked and paid on Victoria avenue but it assumed I was around the corner on Station Parade. Traffic warden's system did not know I had paid for parking AT ALL in Harrogate, never mind just around the corner in the same priced zone.
