1. Parking enforcement function
If you take a picture of a parked vehicle's license plate with your smartphone, you can recognize the license plate number to check whether it is a resident's vehicle and the time of entry, and attach a parking violation sticker.
In other words, the snapshot taken on the smartphone is sent to the cloud server, recognizes the license plate number, checks whether the vehicle is registered, and sends a reply to the smartphone so that the security guard can check blacklist registration or other parking enforcement tasks.
If you are a customer who uses an Internet blocker (=Internet vehicle number recognition vehicle access blocker), the database is shared and can be used immediately for free without a separate registration process or subscription fee. Of course, vehicle registration procedures are not required. Internet users can check the one-year entry and exit records of the vehicle on their smartphone, regardless of whether the vehicle is registered or not. It supports blacklist registration of illegally parked vehicles, and once registered, entry to the apartment is not possible until it is cancelled. Additionally, the blacklist can be shared with apartments across the country, allowing joint access control. It is also equipped with an automatic confirmation function for vehicles used by criminals (however, this function is only possible after the DB is opened by the National Police Agency).

2. Automatic creation of patrol log
The integrated security app can automatically create security guards' patrol records and print them out as a report. Patrol records are performed using the NFC function (reading function) of the smartphone. RFID must be installed in advance in the patrol area (general access cards, used transportation cards, etc. are possible), and the RFID can be registered in the web support service through the integrated security app. This must be completed.
The operation of the integrated security app is that even if the smartphone screen is locked or the screen is turned off, the smartphone is automatically recognized by RFID the moment it is taken and patrol records are transmitted to the cloud server.

The reason for charging a subscription fee for web support services is:
This is because backup services such as registered vehicles, parking enforcement records, and patrol route records take up significant traffic and storage capacity, and a certain amount of financial sharing is inevitable for such management reasons. However, the monthly subscription fee is 10,000 won per month. This makes it impossible to maintain the service. However, if you receive this, at least part of it can be preserved.
The monthly service subscription fee of 10,000 won provides the following two special benefits for a limited time.
1) It doesn’t matter how many registered vehicles there are or how many smartphones (or tablet PCs) are used for parking enforcement. It is the same at 10,000 won per month per site (or per apartment).
However, since payment is made annually, it costs 120,000 won per year.
2) The automatic patrol record creation function does not charge a separate monthly subscription fee, even though a significant amount of data is accumulated and stored and managed in real time with the cloud server. I don't know how the fee policy will change in the future, but existing customers who have signed up will not be affected by the changed fee policy.
