Aptean EAM Mobile is available with the Aptean EAM solution designed for maintenance professionals in manufacturing. Using its clean and intuitive interface, technicians have all the information needed to complete corrective and PM work from their phones or tablets. This provides more accurate and timely data for better analytics and visibility int the status of work.
Features of the app include:
View instructional documents, images, and videos, as well as access specifications and manufacturer documentation.
Add new photos or videos to the work order for as found/as left images, pictures of surrounding environment, videos and sounds of the equipment, and other relevant media.
Time entries, failure codes, meter readings, and comments can be captured to further document the work and provide rich analytical data for continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.
Customer defined inspection and calibration checklists can be assigned to technician rounds for completion, to provide electronic record keeping for these important audit and safety compliance tasks.
Unlimited work requester access to enter work requests, including the ability to quickly scan a QR code to submit a request.
Issue, return, and adjust inventory parts using barcode scanning. Technicians can issue and return parts directly from the Technician app.
Flexible cycle counting routes can be defined, and executed from the mobile device.
