Ratings and reviews

This app has come a long way in the last one year — from being a pain to becoming my preferred option for online banking vis-à-vis the web portal. The app is intuitive, searches the registered payees quickly, and automatically initiates the process for obtaining a PIN while transferring funds. I could not locate the option for a ‘Transfer later’ and/or ‘Recurring Transfers’ which, if available, could make banking a lot friendlier by automating transfers. Developers! Well done & keep going. 😊

Outright stupid. I am unable to login ever since that device verification system dropped. The fingerprint recognition via camera is the biggest gimmick i have ever seen built into the app and never works correctly. The device verification should be as easy as adding a otp since that is what every other app uses. Now I have to go the branch to get the app working which outright defeats the whole point of having the app.

The biometric processing is very poor. Now the developers will say that the camera quality may be poor and yes the biometric should work on every camera quality, not just the good one. Tried literally 50 times, biometric fails. If you have to add a feature, test if thoroughly before making it public. I had given 4, but this is the true rating this app deserves.
