terrible! every scan takes at least 30 min and for a commission tech it's a complete waist of time i spend at least an hour cycling the car on and off oh and make sue you have a 40 kg Weight for the seat sensor cheapest scans in the business

New app does not allow the technician to enter a cell phone number to be called directly like the old app. Now astech is constantly calling the front office when scans are complete and causes us a lot of extra chasing around. Fix this and I'd give it 5 stars.

Why have a chat feature when your technicians call every single time? The app works sometimes... The issue I have is you used to be able to run back to back pre and post scans for vehicles that are say only getting a mirror replaced and have to wait an hour now before starting the post scan. Bring back the old ways
