What does ERC CAR unlock code?
Usually Dead battery or removing the device for repairs can cause units to be locked in some Japan imported cars. To unlock unit, it requires ERC unlock code or ERC password. This app takes ERC numbers (Not serial number) and decode it into ERC unlock code, ERC password when entered in Audio Unit restores all functions of car unit i.e. FM/AM Radio, CD, TV, USB, DVD player, Bluetooth, Backup camera, Navigation and other functions of car unit where applicable.

How to find ERC Number
Press and hold the main button on your navigation player and turn on off your parking lights 3 to 4 times until a new screen appears. Press only active button, on screen and you will get the screen where is your 16-digit serial number appear. If you are unable to get ERC code of your player, then write to [e-mail]

This apps really works apart from the fact that the password is in capital letter and theres no way to change it, you can still enter the code and it will work. The time period is long but if you want it in a shorter time you will just of to pay the 13usd but overall it's a good apps I recommend it for all that have my problem to try it out.
