Ratings and reviews

I had this app for about a week before this recent update rendered it completely useless. Before, I was able to log in and I loved the feature of being able to see what was in my account with a click of a button (no logging in). Now I cant even log it, it just sits on the loading screen. Sometimes I'll get a box that tells me there was an error, other times I don't get anything. Very disappointed.

This is the most unreliable app I have installed on my phone. It does not work more than half of the time. I have done everything customer service has asked me to do, to no avail. I have to Uninstall and reinstall the app at least twice a week to get it to work. Every other app I have on my phone works perfectly. Customer service has always seriously tried to help. The app just sucks.

Sometimes buttons stop working, or the app refuses to work and you have to reinstall it. I've been using it for about 6 months now and this issue has only happened twice. Other than that, it's very simple and easy on the eyes, does it's job, and it's very handy.
