If I could give this app a zero I would. Says it will give you your money back if you're not satisfied within two hours but there's no link or button or any indication of where or how to revoke your subscription. The only file I wanted to transcribe was too large so immediately I wanted this app gone. Waste of money and I better get refunded.

Huge rip off. I got double whammy on pay but never experienced the getting my product. Everything is based out of another country. Can't get a refund. Don't have that option plus my file is too big. According to the company it's supposed to be less than 50 mb. Oh well. They can keep the money. Good Karma for me. Bad for them. I am not going to dance all night. I don't have the option to get a hold of the product seller without going to the same page and forking out my cash in Euro funds.

If there is a negative star I will give it to this app. Once I installed it said 3 days free, but unfortunately, it does not accept even for one time free use. It asked for payment without any free use to check its availability to convert the audio to text.
