The Axuus app allows users to take full advantage of the services provided by our company.


Features:

- Axuus+: Allows users to open gates/doors when they are nearby them with the swipe of a button!
- Account Management: Manage your account to add/remove guest and resident vehicles, additional users, and to update account information.
- Notifications: Receive alerts in real time to monitor your account for unauthorized activity


To use the Axuus app, you must:

- Reside within a community where our services are currently active
- Register an account with us (it's fast and easy) or have an e-mail/password already
- Have Bluetooth and Location enabled in order to use our Axuus+ service
- Have an active internet connection via either Mobile Data or WiFi

Doesn't let me stay logged in. No option to reset password. Creating a new account tells me I'm already registered and to reset my password, the pw reset link takes me to download the app which I already have, and the loop repeats. Very frustrating and unusable. I'm on a pixel 7 with Android 13, all current generation..

Terrible experience. App constantly crashes when I try to open it near the gate but opens fine when I don't need it. Company has some serious software issues that need addressing.

App sucks!! System sucks. Never works and we get stuck at our HOA gate every time! I would give zero starts if I could
