I have no problem with the app. I was able to connect my camera right away and access the files on it. The only thing I have an issue with is the speed of transfers but that's most likely an issue with the camera itself and not the software. It'll be better to just disconnect the camera from the mount and pop off the sd card when I want to get video off of it. But for quick views and access, this is good software. One thing I would improve is how it shows the video download progress. I didn't even see the little green circle at first. Other than that, it's working just fine.

The Dash-Cam itself is great but the app keeps glitching itself. I'm not able to connect it with the app. Everything I try to connect the app to the dashcam, it glitches itself to the home screen. This is really frustrating if I'm in need of a video. I would have to take out the SD card manually. PLEASE UPDATE AND FIX THE APP!!

Still no update. The app has very very limited features, preventing it's operability. For instance, you can't turn the app sideways, or put the camera into full screen mode. I want to view the cameras with my phone longways, panoramic, compared to vertical. The camera is nice, but the app makes the camera trashy. I'll have to return the camera soon because of the app. I don't need to pay extra for an app. I'm not sure how difficult it is to add in programming to turn the damn app.
