Ratings and reviews

I like the versatility. But all things considered, the app just plain sucks. And now I can't even log in. It logged me out and there is no password recovery option. Templates, clip art, and fonts on the app are extremely limited. As in you get minimal options and they all look like a 6 year old drew them. Are you forced to use this app with this specific printer? If so that's close to robbery. And I'm returning it.

Stopped printing for no apparent reason. App isn't user friendly. The first couple labels were disappointing with how small they printed, but I made it work. When I turned it back on l, it stopped printing

Great printer. Horrible app. Very good if you ONLY want to print pictures on square paper. - doesn't print on transparent thermal paper - doesn't have circular 'sticker' option - can't set custom label size - doesn't use 'black mark' label dividers - can't detect label - can't insert images onto labels - doesn't recognise smaller paper, can't use smaller paper easily - can't use custom fonts, only the stock fonts (all average) - can't use fonts from phone - can't align final print Etc.
