The worst experience I was a long term user but suddenly now they are not adhering to our request, if you like a cleaner you pay extra for her to come but they never adhere to that. same time they say they're sending Filipino worker but when she comes she's Indonesian. the level of lies and no transparency is a limit due to which I have switched to a different company now. I will never recommend anyone to use B8ak if you're planning for long term or monthly agreements. one time use is ok

great app and reliable. One thing though, if only you can request different services from different categories within the same order. when you choose continue shopping it only returns you to the services within the same category which is not helpful. if you go further back you loose the order in your basket.

I was charged 45 riyals for nothing. The tech they sent did not properly diagnose the problem by ruling out simpler issues. He jumped into concluding that its a compressor issue and it costs 380 SR, then he will change freon. I did not ask how much the freon will cost or how much would be the total cost. I realized that it would be cheaper to get a brand new freezer. The tech did not care for not using his service he charged me the 45 anyways without serving me.
