It’s been a week, and my issue is still not resolved. The app doesn’t provide an option to reopen the claim by submitting additional post-hospitalization bills, which is quite frustrating. Every time, we have to call or DM the team to get it done from the backend — it takes about a week and involves a lot of back and forth.

Unable to renew policy and frequent policy not loading issues. I tried renewing my policy which is about to expire in 10 days multiple times and it got stuck at payment everything. I started seeing an error eventually. The app frequently doesn't show my active policy and expects me to add it to view or even apply for it's renewal. Pathetic experience.

I requested a general 2 wheeler insurance claim but they didn't respond to me correctly and supported me well. Don't buy insurance from this company. Need time or at an emergency they will not stand with us to claim. They thought about their profit only 🤐 not customer clearance since we have all details and documents correctly with proofs.
