I used to love this app it made everything so easy but now it just opens to a white screen and that's it, so now I have to log on online and it's a pain for what I do, I'm done trying to fix it, update::: they fixed the App and it's working good again I gave it 4 stars because it's the second time they screwed up on updates, the first time I had to get a new phone because it changed and was not backward compatible with my version of Android

Made a lot if improvements, much better than original (such as listing/increasing the max amount for mobile deposit in the app, which created an issue once when the mobile deposit wasn't accepted, but was already marked for mobile deposit only on the check).

So easy to use and tech support is always one easy phone call away. I recently moved out of state and I stayed with BAC even though they are smaller bank because the customer service cant be matched in my opinion
