This app is terrible. They seem to get worse with each change. The description claims real-time transactions - which should be a bare minimum for a banking app - but I frequently have to wait several days to see transactions posted. Never knowing if my account balance is true or which payments have been posted would be laughable if it wasn't so frustrating.

Some simple customization features would make a huge difference. Like nicknames that don't have to be all caps and being able to reorder all of the accounts on the main page. Also, sometime I have to refresh 1-2 times before the correct balance shows. Or it shows one thing on the main page and another when I click on the acct. Then when I go back the main page has updated. My favorite thing about the app is how easy it is to log in and how easy it is to transfer money between accounts.

This app is a huge downgrade. Extremely slow to update account related items and less options for transfers. Whoever made the decision to "upgrade" from the old app has no idea what they are doing and obviously needed to try and make their job more viable by breaking things that weren't broken. Update 6.12.24: APP is STILL TRASH! Transfer failures over 50% of the time, poor performance and just generally BAD. The old app prior to the "face lift" was so much better overall.
