Tried to book a court but getting error message "Member not found" even though I already bought 300 points that are supposed to expire in 7 days. Trying to contact them via the contact us link in the app leads to a something went wrong message. Email link for verifying email also leads to an error page. This whole process is horrible. Please fix or refund my points purchase. EDIT: Contacted via email which they were very responsive to. They plan to fix the bug soon.

Hi, thank you for the message. Please feel free to email us directly with any questions at support@ballbutton.com Regarding the “Member not found” message. If you didn’t see the courts you wouldn’t be able to buy points. Please also check with your club whether the email you used to login is the same email they have on your membership profile.

I seem to be stuck with the first location I made reservations at. This is not always the place I would like to or am able to play at. Not sure how to leave that club and join a new one or just a second location.

Dear David, any club you join will automatically show up on you app obviously. The club needs to add you in their membership list. Again obviously, you need to become a member directly with the club you want. Ballbutton is a software platform, we do not sell memberships. Please remove the review because the complaint is incorrectly addressed to us.

This app does not work for Android users. I can't reserve a class or court time, the buttons are totally non responsive.

Hi, we have no other user reporting this. Furthermore, we have tested on your Motorola razr 60 model and buttons work fine. Thus, we believe this review is intentionally dishonest.
