Ratings and reviews

Love the concept, but the execution falls a little short. On the one hand, the app makes it super convenient to view candidates on the go if you need to. On the other, it's missing some features that the desktop version has and it's a little glitchy at times when it comes to logging in. Not a bad app overall, just needs some fine-tuning.

Really bad Can't reply to emails or send via mobile without the formatting going crazy...the cursor bounces around so you type in wrong places...deleting/editing a nightmare. App freezes. Constant attempts to send mail replies or new ones fails. Samsung phone. Basically just for reviewing candidates...no communication

Really good for screening applications, it's actually better then desktop version for this functionality. Access to templates for quick messages and links to LinkedIn. Only gripe would be you don't have access to all historical applicants as on desktop, just the more recent ones.
