Registering at Alfa Business
· Download Alfa Business App
· Sign up and set your username, password and enter mobile number
· Log into the App, enter your business and personal info, upload your photograph and submit the application
· Once the application is approved, live account credentials are sent via SMS
· Login the App and start collecting payments!

How to Accept payments via Alfa Business
· Generate QR* in the Alfa Business App
· Customer scans Alfa QR code to pay
· SMS is received from 8287 instantly on your registered mobile number
· Manage, review and track daily sales!

How to setup an e-shop
· Login Alfa Business App
· Select ‘Catalogue’ from Menu
· Add your product’s category
· Enter product details (description and price), then click ‘Add’
· Now customers can easily select and pay for your products!

Ratings and reviews

Account requested and opened in 3-4 working days without any problem. Steps were simple and easy to follow. Payments arrive on time with instant text notifications. Other platforms like easypaisa and jazzcash require so much paperwork to just open an account but with alfa business, process is swift. Idk why people have any issues with this app. 5/5 for ease of opening an account.

As a whole very good app. But needs many Features which include bill payment and mobile load. While the QR code for myself is still not working and email support is not available as the delivery to the recipient is failing. Consider these suggestions please for better user experience.

V less features. Need to add for existing epayment gateway and merchants following - the webpage features of merchant need to be added in app for easier quick use like - sending credit card link for payment to customers for specific charging - Soft POS NFC credit card payments - other web features
