Hated the old app, this version is much more intuitive. Very rarely do I need to move outside the first screen, as the app usually displays the info I'm looking for by default when opening the app. Love the biometric access to the app as well. Very handy. Plus, the app is real-time. I can make a deposit from the drive through, and watch it post as I sit there. Vast improvement from the previous app.

Don't like the app, too confusing. Have to do multiple steps to get information. I Have multiple accounts and all transactions and pending transactions are showing together, which is confusing. Can other person see my account info? Need to fix this part of app. After a few months, still don't like the app. Have a couple of accounts and dont like that I have to see the info on both accounts upon opening app. App needs to be cleaner and more user friendly. It is unfortunate you don't listen to your customers. It is apparent from the review others don't like the app. Again, you should want to do better. The app is horrible.

Thank you for your feedback! Most functions are available from the Dashboard. If you believe it is difficult to access information we would love to hear more so that we can make improvements. The Transaction card is a snapshot of all recent transactions. You can view by account by first selecting the desired account. Give us a call at +18888168064.

I'm never able to make a transfer when I need to because it "can't establish a secure connection". My app is fully up to date. This wasn't ever really a problem till recently. It's pretty frustrating.
