App is weak. Shows balance usually but can never see any transactions past a few days of history. No account alerts system available to setup either. Why have an alerts option on the app if it's just for app update alerts. Our phones will already do that outside of the app. No electronic Contact form either. Just a phone number listed for people to call like in the 90s. Profile rentention is terrible. If you don't log in within about 60 days, it terminates the profile and makes you re-register.

This app doesn't work. I tried to open the app. Once you tap the app , it keep shutting off. I uninstalled it and reinstall. I use another phone and still the same thing. It won't let me send feedback because it keep shutting off. Is anyone else having this problems. Bank of Holly Springs I need help!! I can't check my account. When I first open the account, I did not have this experience. TECH SUPPORT PLEASE!!

The app was great but since the latest update it won't open. It always tells me that it' s experiencing difficulties, try again later.
