Actions are very self-explanatory within the app. Calling during business hours still provides a 'human touch', but this is SUPER convenient and reassuring since I can monitor changes easily and regularly ANYTIME!

getting sick and tired of "verify this" and "verify that", "we sent a text to your phone to confirm your identity", "please enter your password so we know it's you". every thing i do this stupid app asks me to verify my identity. LET ME USE THE STUPID APP AND STOP ASKING FOR VERIFICATION EVERY 5 DAMN SECONDS

Too many updates!! I have to delete other apps all the time to make room in my phone for these updates. It takes too long for the app to open and it can't save my password like my other banks do.
