The Barberini App presents audio tours for adults and children along with wide-ranging information on our exhibitions: interviews with art experts, artist biographies, and interesting facts about the museum, its collection, and its founder Hasso Plattner. You’ll also discover 360° panoramas, multimedia websites for each exhibition, and the audio tour Italy in Potsdam, a guided walking tour of art and architecture inspired by Italian models. Instructions for use:
To use the Barberini App, make sure you have an internet connection. Free WiFi is available in the Museum Barberini. We recommend activating Location Services and Bluetooth to discover all the information and features of the app.

Ratings and reviews

Tour guide is well organised abd provides interesting additional infornation to display pieces. Only issue I could find at one point was finding the starting point to a tour inside the museum.

Downloaded and would've preferred to have in English as my German can't keep up with it. No option found to change language even though the video in the shop showed bilingual examples. Switched system language to English but this didn't help. The exhibition itself is excellent. There's a lot to get thru so start early and have breaks.

Audioguides are always made so, that they are interesting both for children and grownups. What's uncomfortable about the app is that there is no option of choosing the language inside the app, you have to switch your phone's language settings.
