This is ABSOLUTELY a horrendous experience. The caregiver mapping was not working for 2 weeks. It had dad out in some field 40 miles from where I knew he was. Bay response Oh, we know where he is on our end, and if he needs assistance, he can just push the button. I tell them Great, so how do "I" find him if he is unable to push the button?We went back and forth until Bay asked for screen shots of the steps I was taking to use the app. Finally fixed it. Days later app closes without notice.

New app history tracking is useless The old app had a map that showed a track of where the senior had been. New app shows a time stamp that you have to click on and then takes you to the map for that time only. Then back to click on another time stamp...and repeat... So instead of a map of location history that you could touch for time, you now get individual times and then one time spot at a time go to locations. Very poor design..not an improvment but a degraded app.
