I would really prefer if you reverted to the old design, now everything is on different screens and you have to go back and forth just to look at your cards balances, also added too many screen for tasks that were only one screen before. As a designer I'm perplexed because improving a design usually implies simplifying things, not making them much more complex. Update: even worse than before, doesn't work when you most need it

Really like the app, fast and it just works. I would really like dark mode on all pages, white color is just too bright, and interface in English (option to choose in settings) would be nice. Same goes for Yape! And it would really help if it could work without mobile data (have an option to use DNS tunnel to bypass mobile data requirement.) The rest is great.

I have to say this is one of the most awful apps I've ever used but, it's no surprise when the bank is the same. Although easy to navigate it's very clunky and rarely functions well. If you're going to create an app, then at least ensure it functions well so clients can actually use it. It might be an idea to outsource the making of it rather than BCP.
