Good app, except the main screen should show you the calls you have accepted. Having to remember details from calls just to search for them makes the process worse. I dont care about the calls that I either declined or asked for a phone call on. Also every now and then I'm automatically logged out and have to relog in. Just inconvenient plain and simple. Until this is fixed it won't be 5 stars, its lucky I gave it 3 stars honestly.

Love the customer service but the app is about 30% accurate in terms of notication, and memory. It doesn't store calls completed as of record. I love Tow Magic as a whole, I believe it to be better than Tow book, completely!

I've only had 1 call so far and as for information it was there, however me being new to the APP I didn't understand how to accept or navigate thru the App so I lost the job. But from what I saw at the time this should really be a cool app.
