I've used the bean box website for about a year now, and I love it! The products are absolutely amazing and the customer service is unparalleled. When I saw they were releasing an app, I was excited but also a little skeptical because websites always seem to be easier to use than their mobile counterparts; but this time I stand corrected. The pages are easy to navigate right away and the interface is so simple. Two suggestions I have are multi select for preferences and an espresso preference

I have received 4 bean boxes so far....and not one of the 16 coffees I have received is listed in the app. There are four listed that I didn't receive. I can't rate my cofee. I can't change my preferences. I don't really see the point of having the app. This rating is only for the app though...I love the service and the coffee so far!

Needs more integration with the website. The only real benefits to the app are marking my favorite coffees and scanning the QR codes on the bags. However, the app doesn't show any of my coffees ordered through the website. The 2 systems need to be integrated. As it is, the app is useless for me. I'd rather use the website.
